On March 21, CMU’s community of student entrepreneurs competed for $60K in investments during the final presentations of the McGinnis Venture Competition. The multi-round competition started in January, and the final round included about 50 students comprising 14 teams. After the 6-minute presentations, awards were announced.
- 1st place team is D.Sole, which includes Zilin Zhang (Class of 2024)
- 3rd place team is ReRoad Robotics, comprised entirely of MRSD students: John Harrington, Ryan Lee, Alex Pletta, and Russell Wong (all Class of 2023)
